With very high volume air moving performance the blueMAX 950 Industrial fan performs like no other in areas where high levels of air / fume extraction, or air circulation are required An extremely powerful 2 horsepower motor with a speed in excess of 1400 RPM combined with an aggressively pitched 900mm multi blade fan design produces large volumes of air at high pressure for maximum long distance effect. A continuously variable speed control slider allows for selection of air output allowing blueMAX to be used in a wide range of applications when coupled with the top speed boost facility (230V Model ONLY). The noise level in variable use, and dependent upon the environment in which the fan is used is approximately 73 to 82dB. In full power use the figure is approximately 95dB where an ear defender warning is indicated. This unit is not suitable for office, or general domestic cooling applications, and prospective customers can view our Industrial 500 model for such applications. The robust twin wall polypropylene body will resist knocks and scratches and the fine mesh grilles make the unit safe for use in public areas. Large wheels and convenient grab handles provide ease of transport and positioning . F-FAN-950-110 Does Not Have Variable Speed Control. It Is Fixed Single High Speed. Note that we do not recommend the use of the 950 fan in areas where the air to be moved has high levels of pollutants of a hard core nature like ceramic or concrete dust. Or for continuous use in environments with temperatures over 80 degrees F of high humidity when using low to medium variable speed. In such a humid environment the unit should be switched to maximum power. We recommend that the unit is switched off when changing from variable to full speed use. * Specifications may be subject to change during product development
